Pelican’s landing is an oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo in the heart of Shore Drive. It’s located two doors down from Ocean Annie’s and across the street from Flip Flops Bar and Grill. Both places have daily bands and tiki bars. 203 has been updated in remodeled and has all the amenities of being at home. There is an elevator for easy access and luggage carts to bring your belongings into the condo. There are two pools (one oceanfront & one across the street), one kiddie pool, a playground, and a putting green. There also charcoal grills . With this unit, you get an umbrella and two chairs set up daily by the local lifeguards.
